Study Program Doctorate

The Doctoral Program in Agroindustrial Engineering provides advanced academic instruction through scientific enquiry, engineering concepts, and research aimed at generating new knowledge and novel concepts in the agroindustry. The research-based learning process equips graduates to plan, conduct, manage, and lead research initiatives, formulate innovative solutions, and communicate them effectively to the broader community. Areas of study and research encompass contemporary transdisciplinary issues in agroindustrial design, integrating process/bioprocess engineering, systems and industrial engineering, and environmental engineering and management to produce innovative validated solutions for sustainable agroindustrial development.

Vision

To implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education sustainably in the field of agroindustry to achieve the vision, objectives, and targets of the study program.

Mission

1. To produce highly qualified graduates with the capability to utilise, master, develop, integrate, and apply science and technology in the agroindustry, including process technology and agroindustrial systems engineering.
2. To foster a conducive academic environment that advances research, dissemination, and application of science and technology as the foundation for the development of education and teaching systems.
3. To continuously enhance the postgraduate education system to generate a positive impact on agroindustrial development, economic stakeholders, and society.
