Study Program Doctorate
The Doctoral Study Program in Agricultural Economics (PS Doctoral EPN) is one of the oldest postgraduate programs at IPB. Founded in 1975, the EPN Doctoral Study Program aims to produce qualified Indonesian human resources in the field of Agricultural Economics. In its 47th year, the EPN Doctoral Study Program has produced many alumni who are highly dedicated and make real contributions to the Economic Development and Agricultural Economy in Indonesia.
dept. ESL FEM is an EPN Postgraduate (Masters and Doctoral) UPPS. In accordance with the management pattern of the Postgraduate Study Program at IPB, the EPN Magister Study Program and the EPN Doctoral Study Program are in one organization, namely the EPN Study Program. EPN Doctoral PS students come from various professions and from all regions of Indonesia and other countries. Most of the EPN Doctoral students come from alumni of the EPN Magister Study Program, indicating high alumni satisfaction with the educational system and services at the EPN Study Program. There are many alumni of the EPN Doctoral Study Program and occupy important positions in Government, Universities and Research Institutes, DPR/DPRD, NGOs/NGOs, companies, and others. One of the alumni of the EPN Doctoral Program is Mr. Dr. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, MA (graduated in 2004), who later became President of the Republic of Indonesia for two terms (2004-2009 and 2009-2014). This is a proud achievement from an EPN PS Alumni.

Mission1. The mission describes the knowledge that is conveyed, developed, and applied to the activities of the Tridharma of Higher Education and explains the outcomes and economic and business impacts, the parties served and benefits, the arena of work, the values and beliefs that form the basis of work.
2. The mission describes clearly the uniqueness of the existence of the study program in achieving the vision and shows what will be done, in a concise, easy to remember, up-to-date, and realistic manner that is prepared, determined, documented and involves all stakeholders by conducting reviews and evaluations in order to bridge the conditions present and future economics and business.
