Study Program Doctorate
The Doctoral Program (PhD) in Forest Management Science (IPH) at IPB University is a doctoral education program at the Faculty of Forestry and Environment, managed by the Department of Forest Management. It was established in 2007, under the Applied Sciences cluster (Forestry–Environment), awarding a Doctoral degree. This program is focused on the development of scientific knowledge and strategic expertise in forest management, with a total study load of 77–80 credits, and it is nationally accredited by BAN-PT with a rating of “Excellent” (valid from November 12, 2024, to December 21, 2026).

MissionCarrying out higher academic education to produce human resources who are moral, competent, and able to compete at the national, regional, and international levels. Conducting research that supports the educational process and the development of science, technology, and arts in the field of forest management that is adaptive to community needs to support sustainable forest management. Performing community service that contributes to enhancing graduates' capabilities and solving various problems in forestry development and ecosystem-based forest management.
