The Family Science Doctoral Study Program is managed by the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences, Faculty of Human Ecology. The legal basis for opening study programs is Chancellor's Decree NUMBER 83 OF 2021. This study program has been accredited "Very Good" by BAN-PT with NUMBER: 8764/SK/BAN-PT/Ak/D/XII/2025.

To become a leading Doctoral Study Program in Family Science in Indonesia, which provides real contributions to the development of science and technology in the field of family, family-friendly policies and development programs to create resilient, prosperous, and quality Indonesian families.

Mission

1. Providing quality doctoral higher education in family science;

2. Developing multi- and transdisciplinary research in the field of family science for the development of family science in Indonesia;

3. Contributing to the development of family-friendly development policies and programs based on the diverse characteristics and ecosystems of Indonesia's regions.
