Study Program Doctorate
Business Science is a discipline that focuses on the accumulation of services that sustain economic and social life, with the primary objective of realizing human welfare through creativity, non-destructive practices, and a commitment to cooperation. Business is not merely about the exchange of goods or services, but also about the creation and accumulation of services that benefit society—which, in turn, enhances equity, prosperity, and well-being.
The achievement of these goals is built upon three pillars:
Knowledge Production: Contribution to the advancement of science.
Promotion of Best Business Practices.
Problem Solving: Contribution to professional practice by resolving relevant real-world business challenges.
The Doctoral Program in Management and Business aims to prepare human resources who master knowledge in the field of business and are capable of applying it in the real world through value creation and/or venture creation, as well as the transformation and development of theory according to their specialization.
