Study Program Magistrate
The Master’s Program in Aquatic Product Technology (S2 THP) is designed to produce innovators and problem solvers in the field of aquatic product technology. This program focuses on the development of innovative, sustainable, and globally competitive science and technology related to aquatic products. Students are equipped with advanced competencies in quality analysis and characterization of aquatic raw materials, development of sustainable processing technologies, biotechnology and bioprospecting of aquatic resources, as well as the creation of value-added food and non-food products based on biodiversity.

MissionThe mission of the THP Master's Program is:
a. To provide research-based master's education and outcome-based education in the field of tropical aquatic product technology to produce innovative, globally competitive graduates with a techno-socio-entrepreneurial spirit.
b. To develop tropical aquatic product science and technology through superior, innovative, and sustainable research in raw material exploration, biotechnology, and value-added product development.
c. To implement and disseminate applicable and sustainable tropical aquatic product technology to support the development of the blue economy and improve community welfare.
d. To strengthen national and international collaborative networks with universities, industry, research institutions, and stakeholders in the development of science and technology and in resolving issues in the tropical aquatic product processing and biotechnology industry.
