The Master’s Program in Animal Production and Livestock Technology (PS ITP) is a monodisciplinary study program under the auspices (home base) of the Department of Animal Production and Livestock Technology, Faculty of Animal Science, IPB University.

The program prepares human resources in the field of animal science, particularly in animal production and livestock technology, to meet the demand for professionals who possess advanced knowledge and technology in animal science required by universities, research institutions, government agencies, and the livestock industry. It provides both advanced theoretical and applied foundations for graduates to develop science and technology in environmentally friendly animal science through research.

In addition, graduates are expected to actively contribute to society and play a role in the advancement of sustainable livestock development. The program also equips students with problem-solving methods in the areas of animal production and livestock product technology.
