The Ecotourism and Environmental Services Management Study Program (PS-MEJ) is one of the Study Programs that organizes a Master of Science Program in the field of Ecotourism and Environmental Services that studies, develops science and technology related to Ecotourism and Environmental Services. PS-MEJ has the peculiarity of being the first SF in the scientific development of ecotourism and environmental services. This is different from other ps whose emphasis is more on tourism and travel services. On the basis of these conditions, PS-MEJ is designed to produce graduates with the competence to have the ability to analyze, intensify, and apply various principles needed in carrying out ecotourism management and environmental services through: 1) Good mastery of various aspects of demand and supply of each form of ecotourism and environmental services; 2) Good mastery of various aspects, scope and methods of ecotourism planning and environmental services on a site and destination scale. 3) Good mastery in ecotourism management and environmental services including in the management of the impacts and risks of implementing ecotourism and environmental services, as well as analysis of related policies.

The vision of PS-MEJ is to become an International standard S2 Study Program and become a trendsetter in the development of science and technology with main competencies in the field of Ecotourism and Environmental Services

(1) Develop educational programs in the field of ecotourism and environmental services in accordance with current and future needs with dignity; (2) Develop research programs in the field of ecotourism and environmental services with the application of international science and technology in a professional manner; (3) Develop cooperation with various parties in the field of ecotourism and environmental services in a quality and sustainable manner

Number: 071/13/PP/2007 has been established a study program (major) in the IPB Postgraduate Education program and based on a copy of the IPB Rector's Decree number: 235 / IT3 / DT / 2012 in recent years IPB has developed a new postgraduate study program (major) for both master (S2) and doctoral programs (S3), and establishing a new department or renaming the department with the mandate "Scientific and major development offered (study programs) for new postgraduate programs (S2/S3).
