Study Program Magistrate


Computer Science Master's Study Program has a mandate to develop knowledge, methods and technology in the field of computer science in solving problems in the fields of agriculture, maritime and tropical biosciences based on legal and ethical principles of computing. The objectives of holding the IPB Computer Science Master's Study Program are 1. To produce computer graduates who are competent in the following matters: a. To study computational models both theoretically and algorithmically to develop more efficient, accurate, up-to-date and fast methodologies. b. To translate problems. and formulating solutions in the fields of agriculture, marine sciences and tropical biosciences through the application of theories, methods and technology in computer science. c. Taking part in further studies in doctoral education programs in computer science or other fields of science that require mastery of quantitative and computational methods. 2. Creating an academic climate that is conducive to improving the quality of education and research in the field of Computer Science. 3. Building cooperation with various parties in developing technology in the field of computer science to improve the quality of education and research.

To be a master's program that develops innovative methods and technologies in the field of computer science with a reputation for excellence in supporting various fields, particularly modern and sustainable agriculture, marine sciences, and tropical biosciences, both nationally and internationally.

Mission

a. To provide a master's program through quality education and research to produce master's degree graduates in Computer Science with ethical integrity, responsiveness, adaptability, and innovation to support the digital transformation of various sectors, particularly sustainable agriculture, marine science, and modern tropical biosciences.
b. To actively participate in the development, dissemination, and application of innovations in Computer Science to the community.
