Study Program Magistrate

The Master of Regional and Rural Development Planning program aims to produce excellent, professional, and globally-minded development planners and leaders. With “EXCELLENT” accreditation from BAN-PT, this program offers holistic and interdisciplinary education that combines aspects of economic management, socio-cultural/institutional, biophysical environment, politics, and spatial planning within the framework of sustainable development.


Supported by innovative research and national and international cooperation networks, we equip students with analytical, strategic, and evidence-based planning skills to address the challenges of regional and rural development today.

Vision

To become a leading and globally-minded study program in producing high-quality human resources with master's degrees, as well as in developing science and technology in the field of sustainable regional and rural development planning in tropical areas.

Mission

1. Conducting master's degree programs in regional and rural development planning through a comprehensive and holistic approach by integrating economic, social, environmental, institutional, political, and spatial perspectives.
2. Continuously developing knowledge and methodology in the field of regional and rural development planning by adapting to the dynamics of current scientific developments and future needs.
3. Building a network of cooperation in the field of regional and rural development planning with various universities, research institutions, government agencies, and other institutions at home and abroad in an effort to develop science and research or studies.
