The Master’s Program in Food Technology (PSM TPN) is designed for professionals in the food sector to enhance their academic competencies and support career development. The courses are delivered online in every Friday evening and a hybrid format every Saturday, providing flexible learning options.
To become a globally competitive Master’s Program in Food Technology that produces independent, competent, and broadly knowledgeable graduates, and demonstrates excellence in applied research in food science grounded in tropical biosciences.
