The Veterinary Professional Education (VPE) Program is a continuing education program from the Bachelor of Veterinary School and Biomedical Science (SVMBS). Graduate student from SVMBS can earn the title of veterinarian (DVM) after completing their education at the VPE Program of SVMBS IPB university. The VPE program is currently taking place using a semester system since the academic year 2019/2020 by taking 37 credits in 3 semesters.

Mission

a. Organizing veterinary professional education that has veterinary competence that is ethical, professional, responsible and internationally competitive

b. Developing research in the field of animal health and quality animal-based food at national and international levels with a one health orientation

c. Carry out community service through programs that support the health and welfare of animals, communities, and the environment at the national level.

d. Develop collaboration with educational institutions, research institutions, conservation institutions, clinics and animal hospitals, and related industries in the fields of education, research, and community service to improve graduate competency
